Greg Baldwin Realty, Inc is a family owned and operated full service real estate brokerage and development company. Chartered in 1985, Greg began the company handling estate, land, timber, and commercial sales. Since then, Greg has developed multiple projects in and around Albemarle County to include, but not limited to, South Fork Farms, Ivy Ridge, Ivy Vista, Maple Ridge, Beaver Creek, and is in the process of developing major mixed used projects in Harrisonburg, Waynesboro and Charlottesville.
