Greg is the founder of Greg Baldwin Realty and Baldwin Development Company. He began the company handling estate, land, timber, and commercial sales. Since then, Greg has developed multiple projects in and around Albemarle County to include, but not limited to, South Fork Farms, Ivy Ridge, Ivy Vista, Maple Ridge, Beaver Creek, and is in the process of developing major mixed used projects in Harrisonburg, Waynesboro and Charlottesville. His 35 years of real estate experience gives our clients a sense of security, knowledge, and devotion to excellence.
